Like the other mintages of the short-lived resumption of Peace dollar production, collectors seem to pay little attention to the 1934-D. The last Peace dollar struck at the Denver Mint, the 1934-D is common in circulated grades and in Mint State up to MS65.

Although common in circulated grades, the 1934-D is perhaps the rarest Denver Peace dollar in MS65. The 1934-D possesses a decent strike and luster, but is held back from higher uncirculated grades by bag marks.
