Do you charge any additional fees other than the price listed on the site and shipping?
No! We do not charge any broker or commission fees. All of our employees are salary-based and do not work on commission. We do this to ensure personalized attention to every order, no matter how large or small.
Do I have to work with the same Trader?
We love for our traders to build a one-on-one relationship with our customers, however, every trader in the office is capable of helping any of our customers.
How do I know if my online order went through?
After completing your online order, you will be directed to a final page thanking you for your order along with an order number for your reference. If you are not directed to this page than the order did not complete. Please be sure that the "Terms and Acceptance" box has been checked on the final page, or your order will not process.

Once a wire is received an email will be sent thanking you for your payment. If a wire is sent near the end of bank hours for that day it may not show up at Gainesville Coins until the next morning.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Gainesville Coins provides a shipping calculator on the site. Put the items you wish to purchase in your basket and click "view cart". Before you begin the checkout process, you can enter your zip code and the shipping rates and options will appear. The rate includes full insurance with a signature required at delivery. The shipping and insurance is based off of the weight and value of the package, as well as where it's shipped to. After adding items to your shopping cart, use our shipping calculator before you proceed to checkout to determine your costs. You are welcome to email us your zip code and the products you are interested in purchasing for a specific shipping quote. All shipments are sent fully insured until the tender of delivery.
