The 2019 "Don't Tread On Me" Antiqued 1 oz silver round is an enhanced version of the Mason Mint's "Patriot" American Revolution Brilliant Uncirculated 1 oz .999 fine silver round. Each of these silver rounds is individually antiqued by hand, giving them a subtly unique finish.

The "Don't Tread On Me" - American Revolution silver rounds are the first series in the Patriot program that honors the fighting men of the three greatest wars in American history - the American Revolution, World War One, and World War Two. The common obverse of these rounds feature patriots of air, land, and sea. A WWI pilot of the U.S. Army Air Service is the leftmost figure. Two WWI SPAD XIII fighter planes appear in the distance above his head. The place of honor in the center of the design is occupied by a rough-hewn Minuteman of the American Revolution, representing the nation's land forces. The rightmost figure is a WWII sailor of the U.S. Navy, with an Iowa-class battleship sailing behind him.

These faces surround a monument emblazoned PATRIOT, and the year-date 2019. A heraldic bald eagle bearing the Union Shield surmounts the monument. A waving American flag provides the backdrop for the entire scene. The Minuteman's tricorn hat separates the inscriptions "1 Troy Ounce" and ".999 Fine Silver."

The design on reverse is dominated by a Continental Army officer with drawn sword, mounted on a rearing horse. Behind the officer, John Paul Jones in the Bonhomme Richard is fighting the HMS Serapis in the most famous battle of the American Revolution. Boston's Old North Church, which signaled Paul Revere with the famous "One if by land, two if by sea" is seen on the right. In the background, The foreground is occupied by a regimental drum, and two cannon. Around the outer rim of the design, the inscriptions "DON'T TREAD ON ME" and "AMERICAN REVOLUTION" are divided by a pair of flintlock pistols and two five-pointed stars on either side.
