Buy Gold Mexican 10 Pesos (Random Dates) - (.2411 oz Gold)
The Mexican Gold 10 Pesos Coin (Random Date) was produced between 1905 and 1959 and is interesting to both collectors of foreign coins and bullion buyers. The coin depicts the bust of Miguel Hidalgo, who is widely considered the "Father of the Mexican Nation." The coin also features the Mexican coat of arms with the golden eagle of Mexico devouring a snake. However, this forward facing eagle was changed to a side-view of the bird in 1968, after a design created by the French was adopted.
The 10 Pesos coin was minted by the Bank of Mexico, as is told by the "M" mint mark on the obverse of the coin. The coin is .900 Fine with an actual gold content of 0.2411 oz. We are proud to offer this piece of Mexican history for purchase online at GainesvilleCoins.com.
